I'm sure we all often wonder why we are so drawn to this industry.
Live entertainment can make you laugh, cry, smile, or sigh, all from the sounds and sights in front of you.
The performance is not edited, nor is it spontaneous. It is not natural, nor is it purely manufactured.
It is also human, includes human errors and human successes. Nothing will be perfect, but nothing will be atrocious, either.
I've always been against using any type of substance (including alcohol) on my own body, partially because I feel that music and performance can do all that anything artificial can do. It can change your emotions organically, without stimulating the body with outside chemicals.
I am extremely excited to begin my journey in professional live entertainment. It will be my source of joy, my high, and the cause of my hangover. I feel that I can bring so much to any production, balancing several tasks at once with grace, perseverance, and triumph. Above all, my enthusiasm and positivity will shine.
